Middle East customer’s training on the embossing machine, curve screen printer, pad printers and digital foiling machine

Dated on 28th, Feb.2014, our old customer Mr. Vedat came and visited EASY LC Printing Machine Factory Limited for taking the complete training on his one color and two colors Pad Printing Machine, cylinder silk screen printing machine model 400AB, digital Hot Stamping Machine model DSF-219 and his embossing machine model 2A. The training course is included how to make the cliché plate for the pad printing machine, how to make the rubber pads, how to adjust the tampon printing machine, how to make the mould for pen’s printing, the function of the control panel, how to adjust the rubber pads pressure, how to set up the screen printer for printing on round bottles, how to change the round screen printer into flat screen printer for flat container’s and other flat product’s printing, how to set up the oval working table etc. Besides, we confirm to Mr. Vedat that the embossing hot stamping machine is fitting for two color’s foiling at the same time. We also provide the complete presentation for how to install the software of his digital hot foiling machine model DSF-219.
